At Beni Looms, we believe in making your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. That’s why we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every rug is carefully crafted and delivered with the highest level of care.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-ship rugs are dispatched within 2-3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Made-to-order rugs take approximately 8-10 weeks for production before shipping.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for most destinations, and up to 10 business days for remote areas.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your Beni Looms rug! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The rug must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • Custom and made-to-order rugs cannot be returned, as they are handcrafted specifically for you.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@benilooms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, we will process your refund within 1 business day . Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your rug for a different size or design, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The rug must be in its original condition, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
