These rugs are lush, thick, very high quality - I corresponded frequently with the store while designing and couldn't be happier with the overall result and colors. I have ordered a two other similar rugs from two other stores and was disappointed, and I'm very grateful to have found this store and taken the chance. Beautiful rug! Love it and look so good in my daughter bedroom. Shipping and process of the rug was long because it is made to order but it is really worth the wait. Very happy with it and look forward to order again from them.

Very thick, soft and plush. Looks and feels exactly as the picture portrays - green and white color checks. I had it custom made to fit a hallway - and it was worth the wait and my initial trepidation about purchasing items unseen. Expert artisan work!

The rug is even better in person! So luxurious, elegant and warm. It is perfect in my bedroom and my bare feet are so much happier on the cozy rug than on the hard wood floor. I am so pleased!

Excellent customer service. Ihssan works with you through multiple rounds of approvals on design, thread colors and is very responsive and collaborative. I had a custom rug made off of a photo and she was communicative throughout the entire process. When the rug arrived I was stunned by the quality and beauty of the craftsmanship. Shipping materials not easy to remove, but rugs are not easy to ship around the world I imagine! Highly recommend this shop and I'll be ordering again as I sort out each room of my house! The sensation of the rug beneath our feet is wonderfully warm and welcoming, providing the perfect comfort during the chilly Canadian winter. Thanks to Ihssan's expertise and exceptional communication skills, the entire process of customizing, crafting, and delivering our expansive 11*13ft rug was a seamless experience.

Every aspect of this rug captivates me: the slightly larger black patterns and contrast with ivory hues, the visually stunning textural appearance, the irregular edges, bringing so much character to our otherwise minimalist living room.

Even my selective daughter, picky about clothes labels and sock seams, finds it slightly prickly. She's claimed her own sheepskin rug island, leaving us with the rest of the rug estate. I suspect that won't last long – the allure of the entire rug is just too irresistible.
